SIGGRAPH 2010 has negotiated discount rates for hotels in Los Angeles. Make your hotel reservation by 25 June 2010. Reservations made after 25 June will be based on availability only and rates may increase.

SIGGRAPH 2010 hotel rates can only be booked through onPeak, the official travel partner, (formerly Travel Technology Group). If you are contacted by any other companies to make hotel reservations for SIGGRAPH 2010, please be aware they are not reputable companies and/or they are not endorsed by SIGGRAPH 2010. SIGGRAPH 2010 room rates can also not be booked directly with hotels.

Hotel Form

Deposit and Cancellation Policy
A deposit of one night's room and tax is required for each room reserved. After 9 July, the deposit is non-refundable and your confirmed hotel may charge the deposit to the credit card used to guarantee the room reservation(s).

SIGGRAPH 2010's deposit policy supersedes any individual hotel's deposit policy.

Group Bookings
Groups may use the group booking online to reserve up to 29 rooms. For groups requesting more than 29 rooms use the contract posted to request rooms. The contract can also be requested by contacting the SIGGRAPH 2010 Travel Partner at the phone and email listed above.

Shuttle Service
SIGGRAPH 2010 provides complimentary shuttle service between many conference hotels and the Los Angeles Convention Center. Attendees who use the SIGGRAPH 2010 hotel reservation system to make reservations at hotels served by the SIGGRAPH 2010 shuttle buses will receive a shuttle wristband when they check in. Attendees who do not book through the SIGGRAPH 2010 reservation system and wish to use the shuttle service can purchase wristbands at the SIGGRAPH Store.

Suite Reservations
Requests must be made using the Exhibitor Suite Request Form. Online reservations for suites are not available. This form should also be used if you need a suite strictly for hospitality purposes. onPeak, the SIGGRAPH 2010 travel partner, will contact you to clarify or confirm your requirements and can supply you with suite diagrams and rates. 


Exhibitor Hotel Meeting Space
For meeting space at a conference hotel, download the Exhibitor Hotel Meeting Request Form and mail or fax it to SIGGRAPH Exhibition Management by 2 July. An email acknowledgement will be sent to you advising you of the space you have been assigned. After receiving the acknowledgement, contact suppliers directly to arrange audio/visual and/or catering for your function. 

The placement of product by exhibitors in meeting rooms in hotels is prohibited, and this ruling will be strictly enforced. If exhibitors elect to place product in meeting rooms, there will be a charge.
